SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DAMAGES

Rafi's Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

TRANSIT TIMES

Typically transit times are 7-14 days, but it can vary greatly. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. This isn’t common, but it happens occasionally. Rafi's Jewelry don’t have any control over your county’s customs officials, So please understand the risk of delay.

TRACKING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The USPS tracking numbers for international shipments only show where they are in the USA, Once they ship overseas, The tracking number is not updated. Once package is outside the US, There will be no update until it’s been delivered. It will show your package being “Frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), But this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, It’s just moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery.
